Job Title: Marriage and Family Therapist

The Pennsylvania e-Institute for Couple & Family Therapy, Research and Supervision is a new leading mental health and counseling center dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in achieving healthier and happier relationships. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. As a Marriage and Family Therapist at the Pennsylvania e-Institute, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families by providing professional counseling services.

Responsibilities: Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions- Assess and diagnose clients' emotional and relational issues- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' needs- Provide support and guidance to clients in crisis- Maintain accurate and confidential client records- Collaborate with a team of therapists and professionals- Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and research

Requirements: 

* Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field- 

* State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Empathy and the ability to establish rapport with clients

*Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

* Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in therapy- Previous experience in family counseling is a plus
