About PICFT

Welcome to the Pennsylvania e-Institute for Couple & Family Therapy, Research, and Supervision! Founded by esteemed couple, marriage, and family therapist, Dr. Rashida Spence, professionally known as Dr. Ra, our institute is dedicated to supporting couples and families throughout the Pennsylvania region.

Dr. Rashida has a deep passion for supporting couples and families in achieving high relationship satisfaction. Driven by a desire to challenge the prevailing narrative that relationships don't work, Dr. Rashida embarked on a journey to uncover the secrets of successful relationships. Over the past 10 years, she conducted research to identify the key factors that contribute to relationship satisfaction. Inspired by her findings, Dr. Rashida founded the Pennsylvania e-Institute to provide a space for couples to reconnect, heal, and build stronger relationships.

With a deep understanding of the unique dynamics and challenges that couples and families face, the Pennsylvania e-Institute, we are committed to excellence in the field of couple and family therapy. Our primary focus is to produce highly skilled and effective therapists through our one-of-a-kind supervision model.
